Unity Access Skills Training Center

About the Center

Built With Purpose. Operated With Precision.

Unity Access Skills Training Center is a structured learning and rehabilitation facility at 2214 N Fulton Avenue, Baltimore — operating under Unity Access Care Services LLC, a community-based social and healthcare access organization serving vulnerable adults.

The center was established to address a persistent gap in the behavioral health landscape: the absence of a dedicated, professionally structured environment where psychiatric rehabilitation and community skills training are delivered together, with real accountability for outcomes.

Two Divisions. One Standard.

The Independence Division

delivers clinical psychiatric rehabilitation programs for individuals enrolled in the Unity Access Care Services Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program, tied to each participant's Individual Rehabilitation Plan, delivered by qualified staff, and supported by licensed clinical supervision.

The Public Programs Division

delivers open enrollment skills training, including workforce readiness, financial literacy, daily living, wellness, and vocational training — available to any adult in the community without referral or clinical prerequisites.

Both divisions operate to the same standard of professional delivery, structured outcomes tracking, and institutional accountability.

Training in action

Purpose-Built for Training.

The center houses group training halls, private training rooms, vocational workshop space, and administrative and case management offices at 2214 N Fulton Avenue. Both divisions operate from dedicated spaces within the facility — maintaining the operational separation each program model requires.
