The Public Programs Division offers practical, professionally structured training programs open to any adult in the community. There are no referrals, no clinical requirements, and no barriers to entry—just real-world skills training delivered in a supportive and professional environment. Programs focus on employment readiness, financial literacy, daily living skills, wellness, and vocational development.

Employment & Career Readiness

WorkReady Community helps participants build the skills and confidence needed to secure and keep employment. The program covers resume development, interview preparation, workplace behavior, and time management within a supportive group setting.

Best for: Returning citizens, long-term unemployed individuals, and those re-entering the workforce

Enrollment is open throughout the year. Submit an interest form and the programs team will respond within one business day with next steps.

Participants who need additional support (such as housing, employment assistance, or mental health services) can be connected to Unity Access Care Services.

Clinical rehabilitation programs for individuals enrolled in the Unity Access Care Services Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program are available through the Independence Division.
